Detailed introduction:

Medium-grade magnesia belongs to basic fire-resistant raw material, and medium-grade magnesia belongs to basic fire-resistant raw material. The product is made from light burned magnesia with MgO content of 96% and produced by pressing ball and calcination in high temperature shaft kiln. The product has good sintering degree, compact crystallization and stable quality. It is an ideal material for magnesium shaping and unshaping.

Choose more than 92% light fired magnesium oxide as the main raw material, fine grinding, pressure ball, high temperature vertical kiln sintering.

Magnesia product Application: the product is used for magnesia brick, Magnesia aluminum brick, Magnesia chrome brick, shotcreting material, pouring material, dry material, daub material, filling charge, asphalt, casting, fireproof and heat preservation material, flux supplementary material, electric furnace, heating furnace, rotary furnace, steelmaking, electric furnace bottom and ramming furnace lining

Select high quality magnesite, through dressing, purification, light firing, fine grinding, pressure ball, high temperature shaft kiln through secondary sintering.

The influence of metal on the material can be reduced to two factors: firstly, the introduction of metal-based plastic phase can improve the density of the billet, shorten the distance between particles, and reduce the energy needed for mass transfer in the sintering process; Secondly, the freezing point of melt metal is generally lower than that of refractory material, and liquid phase can be produced at lower temperature and liquid phase composition. The capillary force and its viscosity activity accelerate the motion rate of atoms and the reduction of the green body, and promote the densification process of sintering.

Midrange magnesite plastic forming: the metal lattice will move under the force and has plastic characteristics. It leads to tricky guesses. Compared with composite inorganic data particles, it plays a plastic forming role in the forming process, making the green density of the sample prepared under the same forming pressure higher than that of the sample without metal addition. Intermediate magnesite durability improvement: metal can improve the durability of composite materials through crack bridging, crack deflection and crack barrier mechanism, among which crack bridging is the most useful toughening mechanism.
