Large crystalline magnesia

Purpose: Large crystal electrofused magnesite is used as lining refractory for steel furnace, and is a high quality and high grade basic refractory material for refractory brick and unshaped refractory. It can also be used as a filler to make thermocouples and thermal insulation materials (household appliances, etc.); It can also be used for ceramic raw materials and sintering auxiliaries as well as metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, national defense, medical equipment and so on.

Fused magnesia products main features: fused magnesia products are characterized by complete structure, compact structure, high melting point (2800 ℃), stable chemical performance, compression strength, insulation performance is strong, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, is metallurgy, building materials, light industry, lining and the loose material, the important raw materials for steel, cement, glass, non-ferrous metal smelting and other industries indispensable important refractory material.

The electrofused magnesite is mainly prepared by using upper magnesite with 47% content and melting in an arc furnace. The chemical indexes of fused magnesite can be divided into 6 categories:

1. Magnesium oxide content;

2. Silica content;

3. Iron trioxide content;

4. Aluminum oxide content;

5. Caustic soda;

6. Body density.

Electrofused magnesia products have high purity, large crystal particles, compact structure, strong slag resistance material, good thermal shock stability, is an excellent high temperature electrical insulation material, is also the production of high-grade magnesia bricks, magnesia carbon bricks and amorphous refractory materials important raw materials.
